Georgia Corrections Contacts
Use the Georgia Department of Corrections for state offenders, including records tied to Emanuel Detention Center and Emanuel Womens Facility. The GDC offender query is the first search. Public release or discharge documents can be requested through GDC Open Records. DCS handles field supervision, and the parole board handles parole decisions.
